Dry Systems

The key to optimizing dry polymer performance starts with effective polymer-particle wetting. Fluid Dynamics offers two technologies to achieve this objective:

dynaJET®

The dynaJET® technology utilizes a blower-assisted conveyance system to transport and disperse the dry polymer prior to wetting. The dynaJET technology is typically applied on applications:

  • Requiring more than 9#/hour of polymer
  • When the polymer transfer distance is more than 20′ (from the volumetric feeder to the mix tank)

dynaJET wetting technology

dynaBLEND®

The dynaBLEND® technology utilizes a negative pressure conveyance system to transport and disperse the dry polymer prior to wetting. The dynaBLEND technology is typically applied on applications:

  • Requiring up to 9#/hour of polymer (typically up to 180gallon tanks)
  • When the polymer transfer distance is less than 20′ (from the volumetric feeder to the mix tank)
